The formation of dust during mixing, milling and sawing is unavoidable on the construction site. PFT offers a highly efficient solution to this issue with the DUSTCATCHER. Dust emissions, which endanger health and machinery, can be reduced to almost zero in this way. The accessories are available for various PFT mixing pumps - including the RITMO L plus model. The main modules of the DUSTCATCHER are the rollable Class M dust remover with integrated filter bag and the easy-to-mount attachment for the material hopper of the mixing pump. A nozzle system is used to reject both the dust that is created when the bagged material is filled and floating dust. Filter separation efficiency is up to 99.9 %.
