Open system
A PFT open system consists of a horizontal or compulsory mixer and a delivery pump. The decisive advantage is that the mixed mortar can still be sifted and possibly corrected before the pumping process. For some mortar mixtures, this is crucial.
Closed system
With the closed system, you mix and pump in one operation with only one compact mixing pump. This proven technology ensures the best mixing and pumping with minimal cleaning and maintenance.

Conveying systems

We achieve a state-of-the-art material flow with our pneumatic conveyor systems. No need to manhandle bags of material across the entire construction site. The conveyors are simply connected to the gravity or pressure hopper and automate the dust-free process of transporting the material to the processing location. The workplace stays tidy, and materials can be stored for longer as they are protected from moisture.

Mixing pumps

Mixing pumps are used to mix and continuously pump all common gypsum, lime and cement-based dry mortars. Thanks to machine support, materials do not have to be laboriously moved by hand and spread over the site. The material quality remains consistent due to the adjustable water factor. This ensures consistent work quality. Thanks to the perfect compatibility with the complete PFT machine programme, the mixing pumps can be used with a high degree of flexibility. The machines can be directly filled with sack material, but are designed to fit under a hopper.

Pneumatic filling over long distances is also possible. Various basic variants, which can be supplemented with optional accessories, ensure the right machine for every need.

Flow mixers

Horizontal flow mixers, also known as grout mixers, continuously mix all dry mortars on cement base to a processable material in a fully automated process. This means that mortar, grouts, levelling compounds, bonding mortar and basecoat, etc., can either be processed directly, or conveniently delivered to the processing location in combination with a delivery pump. Different models are available, adapted to a wide range of applications.

Batch mixer

Forced action mixers are particularly suitable for the production of special blends that consist of many different components. Binders can be easily admixed and the material-specific soaking times precisely adhered to. Powerful mixing arms ensure a homogeneous mix, even with heavy materials such as clay. The robust design ensures easy handling and ease of maintenance.

Delivery pumps

Delivery pumps transport material to the processing location. An open system is a combination with a flow mixer, but pasty bucket goods are also easily pumped to the desired location. Depending on the model, the delivery performance can be adjusted to suit the material requirements, thus guaranteeing optimal flexibility.
